This beer line cleaner is an environmentally friendly way to remove beer stone, bio-film, yeast, protein, organics, and mineral deposits from beverage lines. The liquid cleaner does not harm or discolor metal or plastic and is easier on hands than most brewing specific products. Kegco Beer Line Cleaner is easy to use and works with all electrical, mechanical and hand pump cleaning kits.
The beer line cleaner is a formulation of potassium hydroxide and an alkaline compound. The alkaline compound is less corrosive to metal parts and fittings with easy rinsing qualities and the potassium hydroxide is blended with proprietary blend of surfactants and chelating agents to help the caustic loosen and suspend soil. Some of the best qualities of our beer liner cleaner is that it is a nitrate free formula, it is low in phosphates, and is 100% biodegradable.
This concentrated formula mixes with water to instantly create a cleaning solution that does not cake or harden. Mix 1/2 oz. of Kegco beer line cleaner per quart of water. This 32 oz. bottle makes 64 quarts, or 16 gallons, of powerful, quality cleaner. This cleaner quickly and easily suspends and removes soil in any water temperature without extended contact times or excessive rising making it the perfect cleaning solution for small craft and home brewing operations.
